This was the first time I had met the Strong family. It turns out, we have mutual friends in Denver and they had seen my work on the walls in their home. It was a delight to meet this family and their darling children. Kassandra, mommy, told me that I have the patience of a saint. I have to be honest, I am not always the most patient person, however, when I am photographing other people's children, their behavior (good or bad) does not faze me. During most sessions where young children are involved, kids will be kids. They cry, wine, won't smile, are hungry, cry some more ... blah, blah, blah! They are simply just being kids. While the parents are stressing out that they will not have any good pictures, I can sometimes get my best candid shots during this time. I love photographing children no matter what the circumstances may be! Capturing a moment in time that soon will be a memory ... that is what I love to do! One day, mom and dad will look back and laugh.
I hope you love your pictures, Strong family!
Best,
Kim

Kassandra Strong - Kimberly,
We are incredibly happy to have met you and to have had you capture our family as it was. The way you handled the children to the way you would just snap the camera and capture a great smile or just the right moment... You are truly talented!
We can't wait to do it again soon and again, THANK YOU.
